Dear, White Bosses w/ majority black employees

Dear, Bosses

As a black female employee working at a major Texas company, that migrated to the south (NC).  I have seen many managers and supervisors come from Texas and think that they can just talk anyway to a person of color and it's ok. The first manager was a female, the only way to describe her was rud. No matter if you was a manger or a regular employee, as long as you was black she was disrespectful. Now i have a manager that just don't know how to talk to people of color (black, hispanic, latino) it doesn't matter. Talking with him is challenging; it's s constent struggle not to punch him in the face. When he is trying to get his point across (which is everytime he opens his mouth) he talks to people like they are retarded. It makes you feel retarded for standing there and listening. They when a customer complains or don't want to work with him he don't understand what he did. Please white bosses when working with people from other races you must realize they were taught by their parents how to act and what to do. To survive in a world where they know they are not wanted. So they can see another day, because the race that thinks they are superior (white poeple) are concretely try to hurt them. So please learn how to talk to people and not at them.
